People

Our department is home to fourteen professors who serve as the core faculty, plus eleven professors from other departments serving as affiliated faculty to one or more of our graduate programs, as well as six Ph.D. Lecturers who staff many of our undergraduate courses. We encompass a very wide range of disciplinary interests, including architecture, literatures of many languages and regions, music, cultural theory and history, film and media, and many more. Our department serves approximately 300 undergraduate majors, as well as 50 graduate students in our two Ph.D. programs.
