CTHEORY – An 'international journal of theory, technology and culture. Articles, interviews, and key book reviews in contemporary discourse are published weekly as well as theorizations of major "event-scenes" in the mediascape.' A very interesting site with a tremendous amount of information.

Cultural Critique – Edited by CSCL faculty Keya Ganguly, John Mowitt and Jochen Schulte-Sasse, this journal provides a forum for international and interdisciplinary explorations of intellectual controversies, trends, and issues in culture, theory and politics. Emphasizing critique rather than criticism, the journal draws on the diverse and conflictual approaches of Marxism, feminism, psychoanalysis, semiotics, political economy, and hermeneutics to produce readings in society and its transformation.

Fractured Totalities – A critical theory site featuring the original ‘critical theorists’ such as Horkheimer, Adorno, Marcuse, Benjamin and their cohorts, to second generation thinkers like Habermas and Wellmer and to more recent proponents of critical theory.

Human Rights Web – A resource for international information on human rights, including a history of human rights, profiles of prisoners of conscience, legal and political documents, and info regarding how you can promote the cause.

Illuminations – The Critical Theory Website with its roots deeply embedded in the thought and practices of the Frankfurt School.

Modern Humanities Research Association – From Cambridge University, this site most notably provides the Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature (ABELL), in addition to info on publications and the Association in general.

Native Web – Contains essays and other information concerning indigenous peoples and cultures.

Past Masters – Electronic publications of editions of classic texts, in both original language and in English translation.

Project Gutenberg – Makes information, classic books and other materials available to the general public in forms a vast majority of the computers, programs and people can easily read, use, quote, and search.

Semiotics – A comprehensive site on the subject, from the University of Colorado, Denver. Includes essays, conferences, profiles, and book announcements.

Voice of the Shuttle – A Web Page for Humanities Research, this site contains an extensive collection of links and articles, grouped into subject-specific headings.
